Its my buddy’s 24th Birthday!! (7th March) She was quite bz with arranging the entertainments and programme with her friends… I felt a bit tired for her also…lolz But anyway hope she loves her life now. No matter what she does, we will always support her!

So we went to Mist, Bangsar  celebrating her B’day. She was drunk of coz. But hope she enjoy herself.

I always tell my self ‘I love my job, I love my job’. I have been with this company for almost 3 years already.

Sometimes I feel very very lazy, replying only 5 email a day, watch movie, blogging, chit chatting.

Sometimes I felt frustrated with work, colleagues, datelines, replying email, making phone calls and even answering phone calls… Can you imagine incoming calls never stop and yet still got 30 emails waiting for your reply…

Sometimes I sleep late and feel sleep at work. No mood to work coz eyes cannot open.

No matter how many things I hate about work and dislike about anything. I cannot use a rock to hit myself and say ‘I hate this, I hate this’. The more I hate the more I will be upsad.

No matter how may things you dislike or hate, we still have to go thru it and appreciate how we been thru it. Coz someday you might find yourself lovin’ it!!!

Meng Foong, teacher at Yoga Now Malaysia, demonstrates some advanced variations of yoga poses including Chakrasana (wheel), Kakasana (crow), Sirshasan (headstand), Poorna Salabasan (full locust), Kapothasan (pigeon).

I am glad that I able to learn!

Here is some updates on my work. Here is the list of conferences coming up in 2009. As you can see that I will be super busy on the coming month!!! Hope I can go thru everything smoothly…

Hope that there will be more conference coming up… so that we can get a big fat bonus coming up. haha…. Will post more picture after each conference.

Coming Up: Amanda’s Birthday!!!

Went to Nascom old folks home today. It was organised by students from PJ CAD and I decided to join them. It was a wonderful place where I met wonderful people. Remember the last time I went to Terbiar Lovely? This people here is very different from them.

Most of the old folks are age above 60 years old and they all takecare of themselves independently. The association themselves will find sponsors to support these old folks. There are also volunteers who help to takecare these old folks. I met this old lady age 80+ year old. She work as a volunteer in the centre by preparing all meals to the 25 old folks in Nascom and she is still strong and healthy. Amazing!! 

All the old folks are very happy and active too. They don’t feel shy and easy to get along with. I guess they just love to have us around to chat with them, sing with them, dance with them. Its really a nice place to hang out during weekends and I think I should come again!! Maybe I can organise a group myself to visit Nascom again!! This is a change where we can show some love and care to these people….

I have not been updating my blog since a month ago… Coz have not found the right theme to change. Haha… I know is a lame excuse… ok.. just let me be a lazy queen for a while… hehe…

So its New Year… Here goes my new year resolution.. I know its a little too late… but better then non…

1. More focus on my YOGA class. Maybe go for yoga retreat.

2. Advance in career

3. Save more $$ (means no more travelling)

4. Hope to get my first paycheque from Advertlets.

5. Blog more blog more.

6. Finally stay happy and healthy.

This will be the last holiday trip in 2008.. Kiss goodbye to year 2008~~~ The last time I went Cameron was in August. Here we go again Cameron Highland~~ This time, this trip will be consider as a ‘couple trip’. We stay one night in Gan’s abandon house (Addy’s buddy) in Bidor which is also his home town. It was an empty house but his relatives do sometimes clean the house.. So is not that horrible.. Its was nice and comfortable with cooling natural air-cond… haha… Its was really cold at night…

Its not the first time I’ve been to Bidor. But most of the time just drop by for meals only… Didnt know that there is so many nice food there… Especially love the Curry Mee and Duck Stick Mee.. Sorry.. No pic taken…

The next morning… we headed to Cameron~~~ Let the photo speak…

Its Lulu’s 23rd B’day 27 Dec. We had a picnic birthday surprise for her… As usual, we ajak her go jogging in Tmn Tasik Perdana last Saturday. She how she react when she saw us…. (yellow shirt)

Remember we celebrate her B’day last year in Shanghai!!! Sorry Lu… no cake this year since u got a big cake last year… haha…

Since the economy is not very good recently… Christmas for this year is going to be just simple… Basically, I’ve just visited a few shopping malls to take picture of their Christmas decorations… Its really happy to see those colourfull and beautiful decorations…
